Aunt Bessies and Mr Kiplings

Hi all you Aunt Bessies and Mr Kiplings!

It's time to show off your skills and to prove to me what you're made of; to do that I have got the perfect challenge for you!

The details of this challenge/competition are as follows:

I would like you to pick your favourite homemade seasonal recipe; it could be either sweet or savoury, and send it into me.

Please make sure it is accessible to all and easy to follow (for example, not too complicated, step-by-step instructions and pictures if possible!)

The winning recipe will be tried and tasted by 3 judges of all ages and will be printed in the new year issue of Liberty Views and published in my February blog with photos. It will also be included in a Papworth Trust recipe book.

Important notices!

Please do not send 3 course meal recipes!

You might like to bear in mind that I am a fussy Bessie and I dislike fruit cake and Christmas pudding - and I'll be one of the judges!

The winner will be announced in January.
