Can you afford it?

It's quite exciting, there is a new youth club starting at Museum Street this week, thanks to centre manager Angie! That's great if you are under 25 years old, however I am too old, boo! I have been in contact with Angie to see if I can volunteer my services in lending a hand. The problem that I have is that transport is going to cost quite a bit, so I am working on ways around this issue.

There is an Info Bar open on a Saturday in town for us oldies, but not much else. It would be great to see more opportunities in Ipswich for socialising and getting together with friends. I am sure the Papworth Trust is working on this! Other activities that are available usually cost money, but for me I find that it's my transport that is really expensive.

I have recently had some of my support cut and also like everyone else my bills are going up, which means that doing FUN things that cost money is becoming more difficult.
