			<summary>Most mornings before I come to work, I go for a swim and have a shower at my local swimming pool.  It does the job, but it's not quite like the luxury of having your own bathroom, just the way that you want it, at home.
At our Board meetings, we always show a video of some of the recent work that we have been doing.</summary>
