Duration: Maternity Leave Cover approximately 6-12 months
We are looking for a temporary Team Manager to provide cover during maternity leave. The successful candidate will manage teams who provide 24 hour Personal Care and Support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in their own homes. The successful candidate will join an established and committed management team and will bring experience of managing person centered services, including staff management and developing best practice. The role will be required to manage supported housing services within Ipswich and to provide rotational on call cover.
This position is subject to an enhanced CRB check and satisfactory employment references. We offer enhancements where applicable and full training. A full UK driving licence would be an advantage.
