Papworth Trust would like to hear from you. We're running a survey to find out whether people are living in safe and suitable homes.
We think that if your home is not suitable for your needs, you may be more likely to have an accident or need support in your home. If your home is hard to get around or unsafe, it might mean that you can't do things for yourself, or that everyday tasks take much longer than they should.
The Government, Councils and GPs (represented by Clinical Commissioning Groups) are all responsible for people's health and care needs. They use public money to meet these needs. Papworth Trust believes that some of this money should be better invested in improving people's homes so that they can continue to live at home safely and more independently.
We want to know how your home affects everyday life for you and your family. This will help us to tell the Government and local authorities how important it is to invest in improving people's homes.
Please answer our survey at www.surveymonkey.com/s/aboutyourhome.
If you would like us to send you a paper copy of the survey, please call us on 01480 357255 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and address.
Please answer the survey before the closing date on Friday 5 October 2012.
You can also help us to hear from more people by telling your friends, family and other contacts about the survey. Thank you!
