How can we support you?

We offer flexible support, from a few hours a week to daily support all year round. We always try to find you support workers who you like.

We will adapt our service to fit what you want and need. Your options include:

  • Leisure support so you can enjoy a regular activity like swimming or a short trip away.
  • Money support with basic financial tasks including paying bills and record keeping.
  • Personal support with everyday things like bathing, dressing, preparing meals and shopping.
  • Support at night if you need someone there.

If there is something else you would like support with, please ask us.

Where is the service available?

We can provide care and support in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Suffolk.

In Lowestoft, the Papworth Trust Centre Waveney offers a wide range of services for disabled people, those who need support with care, and carers themselves. To find out more about the services available, please visit the Waveney Centre page.

How much does it cost?

This service starts at £16.50 per hour. We will make sure you know how much your service will cost. We will work with you to try to make it fit your budget.

You can pay through a Personal Budget or direct payment, through Social Services, with your own money or in a few other ways, such as through an Individual Service Fund. We will ask you how you prefer to pay.
