About us
Papworth Trust is a disability charity which helps over 13,000 people each year through a range of services covering employment, vocational rehabilitation, housing and personal support. The Trust is based at the Bernard Sunley Centre, Papworth Everard, Cambridge, CB23 3RG, and this is where the website is managed from.

Privacy
Your data protection is important to us. To ensure that we protect your privacy, we have provided this information which explains our information practices including how we will use your information, and how you can change or unsubscribe from our service. The information that we collect from you will only be used in accordance with this policy.

The information we collect
If you have signed up to receive eNEWS, the e-newsletter from Papworth Trust, we will have asked you to provide the following information:

  • E-mail address
  • First name
  • Surname

We will have also asked you whether you would like to receive additional e-mails such as invitations to events or news from our services.

For those users who, in addition to receiving e-mails, would also like to receive leaflets and other promotional material through the post, we will have asked you for the following information:

  • First name
  • Surname
  • Company
  • Job title
  • Address 1
  • Address 2
  • Town
  • County
  • Postcode

The way we will use your information
If you have provided us with your e-mail address, we will only use it to send you eNEWS, our regular e-newsletter, unless you have stated that you would also like to receive additional e-mail correspondence. If you have also provided us with your postal details, we will only use these details to send you material to the address provided. This could include, for example, our printed newsletters.

WE WILL NOT PASS ON YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES.

In order to protect your data and ensure the correct use of information, as well as preventing unauthorised access and maintaining data accuracy, we have strict electronic procedures to safeguard the data that we collect online.

If your contact details have changed, please let us know so that we can update them. You can update your details by e-mailing us at rachel@papworth.org.uk with your correct information.

How to unsubscribe from our service
You can unsubscribe from receiving e-mail or post material from us by e-mailing rachel@papworth.org.uk with your full name and request at any time. Please be sure to put UNSUBSCRIBE into the subject line.
