For referrers
As part of a large disability charity, we are truly independent. We have no contractual relationship with any party in the referral process.
We can receive referrals from any party involved in a personal injury claim: the client, insurer, claimant solicitor, defendant solicitor or case managers. As we operate under the Rehabilitation Code we ensure that all parties are in agreement with the referral before we take things further.
It's easy to refer to us. Just fill out our referral form and email, fax or post it back to us. We will acknowledge your referral within one working day.
We have seen referrals funded by all the major insurers and have worked with over 160 claimant and defendant firms over the last 12 months. Although we are based in Cambridgeshire, we have successfully supported clients all across the UK, including the Channel Islands.
