What clients say about us

Customer satisfaction surveys are sent to our clients on a regular basis. These have given us the following statistics and comments:

• 100% of people who have an assessment feel that they would benefit from further involvement with the rehabilitation team

• Following a planning assessment, 72% of clients felt that their future prospects were promising and 28% felt that their future prospects were good

• Over 90% of clients rate the overall service that they received as 'excellent'

• 100% of clients would recommend involvement with the rehabilitation team to other people in a similar situation
